Service Description

TubeHealth provides aggregated, descriptive insights based on publicly available data retrieved via YouTube API Services. TubeHealth does not provide YouTube credentials to users and does not allow users to access YouTube API Services directly.

Acceptable Use

The service is provided for informational purposes only. Users may not use TubeHealth for spam, outreach, harassment, or any form of data misuse.

No Outreach / Automation

TubeHealth does not provide, facilitate, or support outreach automation, messaging automation, scraping, bulk data extraction, or lead generation.

Third-Party Services

TubeHealth may display content and metadata related to YouTube. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. TubeHealth is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Limitation of Liability

TubeHealth is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeHealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
