We are Vanessa & Adam. In 2017 we sold everything we owned, bought and renovated a van, and hit the road for full-time travel. While on the road we got pregnant, so we decided like all responsible adults to share our love of adventure with our new baby Cedar Fox! We traveled for 6 months in the van with Cedar, before taking a break. Then Covid began & our travel plans were put on hold, so we decided to buy a house!
We purchased an acre of land with a 100-year-old house in Nova Scotia’. The house needed ALOT of TLC to bring its character back to life, but the land inspired our wildest permaculture, food-forest, nature paradise dreams!
This is our crazy, messy, love-filled adventure as we turn our dreams into reality, an old house into a stunner of a character home, a neglected yard into a gardener’s paradise, with a bit of family travel & wholesome vegan food speckled in the mix. We hope you’ll be inspired, and join us in our unconventional life!
