Abi’s Sewing Den Channel Description Snapshot

Channel Description

Thanks for dropping by.

I’m here to help you make a change.

By servicing and repairing your own tools... yes, including your sewing machines, you can keep them going for years, cut down on waste, and get the long term satisfaction mindful making is meant to give you.

I’m an engineering graduate and a qualified maths teacher. I’ve worked maintaining 200 year old weaving looms a national charity, repaired hundreds of sewing machines, overlockers and embroidery machines both privately and with Tools for Self Reliance, and taught sewing to hundreds of people of all ages. If it stitches, jams, rattles or sulks, I’ve been there

This channel is about knowledge, longevity and informed choices so your machine works with you, not against you and not for landfill.

For personal support, contact me via AsqMe or Komi.
Ko-fi, Super Thanks or Membership helps keep the channel independent and is very much appreciated.

Subscribe and follow to get the best from the machine you already own.
