Jerry's Cornish Kitchen

Welcome to Jerry's Cornish kitchen. After having been in the catering industry for over thirty years, in which I have been head chef in many places including my own businesses, I am now living and working as a gardener in my home county of Cornwall. I am living a much simpler life with my wife and two young children but cooking is still my passion. My ethos as a Chef and business owner has always been, simple food cooked well and with love. I'm also not one to take life and cooking too seriously and hate all the pretentious Cheffiness that abounds in the industry. I hope in my channel to show you how easy cooking is, whether it is something simple in my "What's for tea, Jerry?" section or a classic ethnic dish learnt on many many travels as a young surfer or even a restaurant classic.
