Hello, I'm Shirly. When I started perimenopause I was offered HRT. I prefer to work with my body, so I chose the natural route to menopause. Being a qualified Nutritional Therapist with a 3-year Diploma, I chose nourishing foods and lifestyle changes to manage my menopause. I'm now post-menopause and on this channel, I share what I've leant about menopause and what continues to support me naturally in this stage of life.
If you can’t or choose not to take HRT, I hope what I share can be a resource. Here you’ll find simple meals for hormone balance, gut health, sleep, and mood — along with honest conversations about midlife wellness.
