I have competed and lifted weights for a very long time, some of my achievements: Arnold Strongman Classic 2019🇦🇺 🥉Arnold South America🇧🇷 2019 🥈Victoria’s Strongest Man 2017 🥇 5x Arnold Classic competitor and a natural Strongman athlete U105kg category. I'm collaborating with different athletes around the world sharing valuable tips regarding to training and health.
