We want to share our little experience in urology, and especially, endourology. We try to show different tricks and tips to surmount the lack of equipment, for economic reasons, or for gain of time. Beside the standard techniques, we feel that it will be better to know the maximum of techniques, tricks, tips... , which can save in difficult situations, even once in the life time. Mostly, the techniques are complementary not contradictory or adversary. So, we think that any idea, theory or hypothesis have to be shared.
