At Simply Bread Co, our mission is to bring fresh, locally-produced baked goods back to every community. Modern-day bread making is not just a way to make a living. It is a nod to ancient traditions that have sustained us since the beginning of humanity. It’s allowed us to explore our creativity in tastes, textures and smells. And it’s been a consistent centerpiece at social gatherings across the world, and a form of offering amongst religions. We believe that making & breaking bread is an essential part of being human.
