Being frugal, or as I like call it ....being resourceful, can be a blast. I am a self-employed single mom of a very active and hungry teenager in one of the most expensive cities in the U.S. The channel will be full of my tips for cheap, yummy (mostly vegan) meals, money saving ideas and anything else that warms my tightwad heart!
