The Frugal Law Professor

I have been a business lawyer for almost 40 years, and have been teaching business law courses full time at Syracuse University College of Law for more than 20 years. I practiced corporate bankruptcy law in Los Angeles and San Francisco from 1985 until 2000, obtained an advanced (LLM) degree in Tax Law, clerked for the United States Tax Court, and started teaching full time at Syracuse University in 2002. I founded the bankruptcy law clinic at Syracuse University more than 10 years ago, and have supervised hundreds of individual bankruptcy cases. I regularly teach courses in Contracts, Commercial Transactions, Business Associations (Corporate Law), and Bankruptcy. I have a strong interest in personal finance, and hope to share my experiences with the YouTube community.
