Channel Description
Having grown up in poverty, I had to overcome a lot. I feel that the scarcity in my childhood directly affected my adult habits. Once I got a decent paying job after college, over-buying and over-spending were huge issues for me and I'm still dealing with some of that mess!
Now that I'm 40, I find myself going back to where I came from. I'm pinching pennies to save more, however I'm also trying to balance saving money with quality of life. I used to think more stuff and money could make me happy. Boy was I wrong! We've become more frugal, mindful and minimal and our lives have greatly improved! I'm a full-time working mom and I plan to upload videos about frugality and minimalism at least once a week.
