Andrew Field Music & More

I'm a 50-something university professor and a non-professional musician. I play guitar and piano and love to sing, and I'm keen to share my passion for music. I'm always workshopping songs, trying to play and sing them as best I can. Recently I've been recording my own acoustic versions of songs by The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan and many other artists whose music I enjoy. I appreciate any comments and feedback and am happy to connect with other musicians who are building a personal archive or engaging in musical documentation efforts. Just don't expect any musical fireworks here. I mostly use simple strumming and fingerpicking techniques to back up my voice. I'm not a solo artist, nor do I pretend to be one, though I do enjoy learning a riff now and then.
