BAGMA Community Network (BCN) Bangladesh Apparel General Managers Association (BAGMA) and BAGMA Institute have launched year-round department and section wise skill development training to take the apparel industry forward, eliminate unemployment and improve socio-economic development. The main aim and objective of this organization is skilled development training to all professionals and nonprofessional's to eliminate unemployment by developing the Garments and Textile industry. will bring together all of them from AGM to CEO of every garment and textile in Bangladesh and implement our goals and objectives. In the meantime, we have tried to solve problems by sharing contemporary issues within ourselves. For example, through technical knowledge sharing, low or high job capacity in the company, help in finding companies and jobs, helping to find jobs, and helping to find skilled candidates in recruitment. and in 2022 we have trained more then 1000 people on various topics.
