I am Fendy Felani from Indonesia who came to Sydney Australia in 2007. I undertook Advanced Diploma of Commercial Cookery and worked at one of Indonesian restaurant in Sydney as a cook where I found cooking is not just a hobby but my passion.
After graduating, I worked at several hotels and restaurants across Melbourne such as Maze Gordon Ramsay, Grand Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton, and Crown Casino.
Upon the Covid-19 pandemic, I come across the idea of creating this channel to share my knowledge and recipes to everyone. All the recipes are based on my experience and knowledge in commercial kitchen in the past 10 years.
I hope you guys can learn something from this channel.
