Ahoy, mate! We meet monthly at The Dubliner bar in St. Paul, MN and at Merlin's Rest pub in Minneapolis, MN. We sing mostly sea shanties; and songs about fishing, canal boats, steamboats, farming, mining, and railroads; civil rights & labor movement songs; some old-time gospel; and pub drinking songs. Anyone who wants to lead a song can sing and everyone else joins in on the chorus. No instruments, mics, or speakers. About 17-20 people lead a song per evening, and I post one or two songs from each session on this channel. Thanks for watching and be sure to sing along!
