Danielle (Dani) has been in the weight loss/fitness/wellness industry for over 18 years. She has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 15 years and a Dietitian for 13 years. Her expertise and passion lie with fitness and gut health for hormone balance.
Chris used to be 248 lbs! He will tell you he LOVES to eat and still LOVES to eat. Being married to a dietitian isn't easy so we give him credit for putting up with Dani. Chris is now down to 190 lbs! His entertaining, ridiculous input on the things you don't need to do that Dani is telling you is what makes this cooking show even funnier.
