ENT Skull Base UMMC

This channel features edited cadaveric dissection videos taken from the Advanced Skull Base Dissection Workshop University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC), University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. These workshops are organized bi-annually by the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, University of Malaya and held at the Surgical Simulation Lab, Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya. They focus on anterior (rhinology) and lateral (otology) skull base dissection of cadaveric specimens.

This channel also features edited videos from real surgeries of the skull base together with clinical information which is unique to each case presented.

Dissections, demonstrations and surgeries are performed by Professor Dato' Dr. Prepageran Narayanan, Senior Consultant Otorhinolaryngologist and Skull Base Surgeon.
