Channel Description
Hi BJJ community we are a dedicated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu channel focussing on both 'old school' Jiu Jitsu techniques and 'modern' Jiu Jitsu. There will be content for all levels from White Belt to Black Belt and we also plan on having a Junior section.
Our Head Coach is Kevin Hall who has been training BJJ for 14 years. He is a 1st Degree Black Belt under Yuki Nakai and Jeff Lawson.
We hope to also provide content from other Grapple Lab coaches and Lab visitors.
We would love to hear from our Community so please leave comments or video suggestions and we will do our best to reply. We look forward to chatting to you soon.
