The School of Connection offers public speaking courses run by a team of trainers who have each experienced the crippling nerves associated with standing in front of an audience. With a wide range of backgrounds, from trained theatre actors and improv performers, to experienced mindfulness practitioners and psychoanalysts, each of our trainers use their knowledge, skills and experience to deliver unique online classes in a fun and comfortable environment.
Our online courses are about helping you to develop a deeper sense of self-belief, by embracing insecurities to developing a deeper sense of acceptance about who you are. We truly believe that that if there’s nothing to hide, there’s nothing to fear.
