Hi Everyone! I'm Kelly, the owner of Strong Tower Pilates Studio. I've been teaching Pilates for over 25 years and a Registered Nurse for over 30 years- specializing in women's health for most of my career. I started this channel so our clients could add home workouts to their routine when they're not in studio. I'm excited to be able to share a little bit of what we teach to our clients with you!
