This channel is focused on the creative aspects of aerial dance.
I’m an aerial hobbyist who loves all forms of dance. I started dancing at the age of 2 and never stopped! (if you can call toddlers running around in leotards dancing 😂)
I mainly train on the Lyra (aerial hoop), and cross-train on aerial sling/aerial hammock. I’ve taken intro classes for all the common apparatuses, and each has given me a new outlook on movement. Lyra ultimately won my heart, though ❤️
Join me on my journey to becoming a better performer! ...And getting back in shape. Anyone else lose all their strength during the pandemic??

Obligatory aerial safety reminders:
- Try new moves under the supervision of a professional aerial instructor
- Warm-up before practicing
- Use a crash mat
- Consult a professional rigger/structural engineer before rigging at home
- Listen to your body
