Dear all, I am Dr. Megh Raj, working as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Before joining Law Faculty, University of Delhi, I worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Prosecution Department of Government of Haryana. I did my LL.B. from Campus law Centre, DU and LL.M. also from Law Faculty, University of Delhi. I have qualified UGC-NET and JRF three times. On successful research I have been qualified to SRF (Senior Research fellowship). I have wrote my dissertation on "Critiques of PCPNDT Act: is female foetus protected? My Ph.d is on Environmental Law from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. I have created this platform only for sharing legal knowledge among masses.
