I make art to feel alive and cope with mental health disorders. I share acrylic paint discoveries on youtube, to inspire woke folk. After a long battle with hardcore drugs and then alcohol, I have left both behind for years. Diagnosed with not one but two disorders (BPD & Bipolar). Currently on meds, trying to get my art out there, and not judging anyone.
I came into my power a little later in life—becoming awake in my late 40's after navigating the storms of childhood trauma, addiction, and deep emotional pain. My path led through some dark places, but I carry those experiences as wisdom now, not weight. I've learned the art of reinvention and how to keep painting through all of it. With a brush in my hand, it all seems easier for a minute. 🫶
