I, Sachin Jain, cracked UPSC CSE twice with AIR 286, IRS-2016 and AIR 712, ACP -2015. I found that those who did not qualify for this exam, they spread the wrong strategy knowingly or unknowingly. Therefore, I started ENSURE IAS to guide students with relevant strategies. I served as Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Delhi and I feel blessed to have guided 1000's of IAS aspirants. I personally believe that the right strategy (rather than only knowledge) is very important to crack the civil services exam.
