Quick, healthy, tasty, veg recipes ,thats what we learn here at my channel.
I am a working mother and cooking food in minimal time was my first concern. Next came in the challenge to meet the nutrition requirements. And even if I meet the above two, the purpose is defeated if the food is not tasty!
Next, my children wanted me to jot down all my recipes which they loved, so that they can have the taste even when they are away from me.
All these were just a gossip due to paucity of time; until the lockdown due to covid was declared. Even then almost two months it took to kick start. And one fine evening when I was preparing masala macroni for snack, my son said, "wait mom, I will shoot! And he just got mobile and set up on a tripod for shoot! That's how I began, all unprepared!
But then there was no looking back. The channel started, was supported by all near and dear ones.
