Founded in 1998, NORTH EDGE is an original watch brand with over 25 years of heritage. Inspired by the harsh conditions of Mohe—the northernmost point of China—our founder Jiang Nan envisioned a watch that could support and protect border soldiers through advanced technology. After 18 months of research and field testing, the first NORTH EDGE watch was born in 1999: a rugged, waterproof, shock-resistant timepiece with a built-in compass. It was designed for those who brave the toughest environments—just like the soldiers it was made for.
