Opalessence Fiber Studio: I have been Hand weaving, dying yarn and fiber for over 30 years. Most of the yarn is hand dyed. The yarn is made from Tencel, seacell, cotton bamboo or cotolin. The woven items include shawlcoats, scarves, shawl ponchos, table runners, towels and placemats. I love sharing what I have learned about weaving with others.
Contact us to learn weaving basics, learn a new weave structure, warp a loom, or learn to spin. We teach classes on Zoom or in the studio. We will find the hours that fit your schedule and the amount you can spend.
