I used to have severe eczema all over my body for the better part of 10 years. In 2016, I put together a project for a competition where I tried to change my lifestyle to benefit my health. After 9 months of documentation and many prayers, my eczema had completely vanished as a result of going gluten-free and making simple lifestyle changes.
My mission is to encourage those with eczema, empower people to take charge of their own health, and give people hope by creating content on Gluten Curious!
I'm an advocate for lifestyle change as a treatment for eczema along with medications as a supplement, not a long-term solution. I'm a curious individual, not a medical professional, but I consider 10+ years of personally dealing with eczema as more than enough experience to help some of you. Don't worry! I'll be doing my research too 📚
