A little bit about me: I'm originally from the mega city London, UK. I grew up in deprived multicultural area and was immersed by different cultures from a very young age. I'm an artist & VJ for music events, I also worked on TV and Fashion Projects. However the fast paced lifestyle became very draining and I was hospitalized with septicemia, the doctor told me that I could of lost my life. This dramatic event changed my direction, I decided to leave the big city, in search for a healthier lifestyle. I began to change my diet to help and heal my body, after my recovery my passion for healthy food took me on a journey across the world, visiting different communities, learning different cultures, languages and ways of life, from organic growing to herbal medicine and local foods, sharing my journey with you along the way.
