I'm Taylor Stinson, and I share healthy recipes and meal prep tips & tricks so that you can get back to living your *best* life. I'm here to help you save time in the kitchen, money on food and stress over what's for dinner.
I wasn't always as organized as my videos might lead you to believe. I gained more than the Freshman 15 while in university - eating a ton of takeout and wasting a lot of money on food because I always felt too tired to cook.
Then I discovered meal prep. I've learned that you don't need to spend several hours in the kitchen to whip up delicious, healthy food. You just need to develop better habits and make it work for your schedule.
Believe it or not, it's been almost 10 years since I discovered meal prep and I can never go back! Since then, I've received my Master's degree in journalism, and my work has been featured in Buzzfeed, HuffPost, Women's Health, Reader's Digest and more.
