I discovered yoga in 1995, started practicing regularly in 2000 (right when Kundalinī kicked off) & started teaching in 2006. I’ve trained with Shiva Ream Christopher Wallis, Satya Ji & Christopher Tompkins, gone deep into Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra & completed a 1000-day Ucchāra practice. Along the way, I've dealt with intense karmic impressions, samskara & vikalpas. My direct experience of Kundalini's purification process informs my teaching & coaching.
