Hi! I'm Mariah, an Indiana-based contemporary Pilates instructor & Certified Joint Mobility Practitioner. I'm a health & wellness enthusiast and mother of two, passionate about nutrition and fitness!
My journey began in high school when I was diagnosed with bilateral hip dysplasia, leading to 10 hip surgeries, complete hip reconstruction, and relearning how to walk. Since then, I've undergone 19 surgeries, including a left foot osteotomy & four wrist surgeries.
The low-impact nature of Pilates & joint mobility exercises has been crucial in my recovery. In Feb 2024, I trained with the Mobility Fitness Academy and became a Certified Joint Mobility Practitioner.
My teaching style is descriptive, intentional, and peaceful, catering to both beginners and experienced individuals. My passion for Pilates and teaching grows with each session, helping others regain strength, improve mobility, and mitigate injuries. This drives me to help others heal physically and mentally.
