My name is Adam Silver. Welcome to my channel about arm wrestling, bodybuilding and strength! I was given the name Adam The Bodybuilder Bully after I beat a bunch of bodybuilders in arm wrestling. I'll feature bodybuilders, strongmen, and other strength athletes arm wrestling me or other athletes. Interviews with some of the top athletes in arm wrestling, bodybuilding and other strength sports. I'll also cover some of my arm wrestling practice sessions as well as my matches inside and outside of competition. I arm wrestled for six years in the 1990s. I took 25 years off from training and working out after a cervical spine injury back in the late 1990s. I'm finally back into it and don't intend on leaving it again anytime soon.
