Hello hello, and welcome
My intentions with this space are to document my past and current experiences with an eating disorder, mental illness, autoimmune diseases, gut issues, hypothalamic amenorrea, (I’m sure I’m forgetting something lol) and how I am primarily using nutrition, movement, and lifestyle to manage and overcome these struggles.
Unfortunately, the medical system failed me- but not so unfortunately this has pushed me into self education, personal experimentation, and an overall deeper understanding of body, mind, and soul.
This channel will be a mix of story telling, chats, food and training (I’m a meathead) vlogs, and of course my dogs :P

I am also a nutritionist and strength/conditioning coach and am in the process of earning my registered dietitian nutritionist license…which is a bit ironic given my disposition towards modern medicine but I’m hoping to be part of the force that brings a shift to health as we know it!!
