Consсious Parenting

Here, I discover why we face so many challenges in parenting and what can be done about it.

I invite top researchers and practitioners in psychology, mental health, child development, birth, breastfeeding, couple relationships, and neuroscience to share their knowledge. I also focus on attachment theory-based practices, child and family-centered approaches, and generally more humanistic approaches in parenting rather than behavioral ones.

I also share my ideas on conscious parenting, what worked well and what did not.
