Poleminx have been teaching pole dancing in Surrey / SW London since 2003, even before it went mainstream as a unique fitness activity.
Today I am no longer teaching but continue to pole at home for my own fitness / entertainment :-)
My uploads might hopefully encourage / inform anyone who is averagely-fit or averagely-unfit, and simply wants to keep themselves moving in a way that isn't boring or pressured. If you prefer keeping active at home over going out to group classes / gyms etc, then this fellow home-body has your back.
You'll also find an archive of clips from classes, showcases and also a large collection of demonstrations of various tricks and movements from the 'old days'.
