Hi, my name is Kristina, but you can call me Kris. I am a certified comprehensive classical Pilates instructor and also certified to teach on the XFormer, a Pilates machine designed for high-intensity workouts. Depending on how I am feeling or my clients' needs, I enjoy combining classical Pilates with high-intensity/athletic workouts. Pilates has transformed my life both mentally and physically, and I am excited to share the workouts I love with you. I hope you will benefit from them too. Looking forward to seeing you in class!
