Hey Team! My name is Andy and I bring to you Team HIIT Man!
I started training when I was 16 years old as I felt insecure with my body. It became part of my life. At 29 years old a friend suggested I should become a PT and something clicked. I’m now helping thousands of people positively change their lives. It’s not a Job, it’s something I love to do! Help people and give them the confidence I once desired. During the Covid-19 pandemic I knew many people would be affected mentally as I was feeling the strain myself. I decided to help. I went live with at home HIIT workouts. I never anticipated what was to happen. It went from helping a small group of friends to thousands of people globally! They gave me the name The HIIT Man!
My mission - To help as many people feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. I now know what it takes to make a positive change. With my happy smile fun workouts and team spirit!
