As founders and creators of the FST™ procedures, Ann and Chris Frederick understand that many professionals in health, fitness & sports have not studied which stretching methods are best, and they also realize that it is hard to find accurate research about the importance of stretching and flexibility. Devoting their lives to teaching others about FST™ has become their mission— teaching these professionals how to use their non-invasive FST™ procedures and empowering their students to earn an often lucrative living with the FST system, they hope to improve the health and performance of both athletes and everyday people around the world.

Ultimately, the STW mission is to provide the best education, training, post course support and opportunities available for professionals in medicine, health, therapy, fitness and sports.
