speed skating too
I’m an Australian roller derby player that likes to speed skate the most. I also have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and am probably not a very good derby player because of my disabilities, but I enjoy it and the friendships that come with it. Also the way it helps me keep my body intact through training my muscles and reduces my pain overall. I played this game since before I had my EDS diagnosis and when I stopped, I would end up in more pain. It truely keeps me going. I love skating.
