I used to be unhappy with the state of my life and always felt that it was due to the state of my career, relationships, health, etc. One day I decided to reflect upon my life by drawing a mind map on a piece of paper. From that map I confirmed that there were aspects of my life that were heavily affecting my sense of self-worth and overall negatively affecting my mentality. I put together goals based off the many things affecting my self-worth, deciding that it was now or never.
Life is a lot of bad, but also a lot of good. My hope with this channel is to change your perspective to see the world more optimistically, but also truthfully and overall help level up your life.
