Understanding Workplace Bullying is a nonprofit organization dedicated to optimistically supporting individuals and organizations in understanding the subtle and seemingly insignificant negative behaviors that constitute workplace bullying.
One way of doing so is to provide personal stories. The stories are based on the experiences of Dr. Linda McKenzie Bergloff throughout her 34-year federal government career with the United States Air Force. In the course of her career, Dr. Linda encountered several bullies, who are the focus of her stories. As you listen, hopefully you will begin to understand how allowing and even supporting these negative behaviors damage the organization's ability to be succeed through loss of talent, profits, customers, and reputation..
