I created this channel to share my journey of straightening my spine.
Until the age of 27, I had Grade 2 thoracic kyphosis, Grade 2 C-shaped scoliosis, a flattened lordosis, and a lumbar hernia. I started training regularly at home, and within six months, I saw my first results. Now, at 35, my results are permanent!
Today, I work one-on-one online, guiding people through personalized recovery programs. I share success stories on social media and my Telegram channel @nobackpa1n.
