Living Life on Life's Terms

My channel is a life vlog that shows my journey throughout life sober. The purpose is to show how I practice mindful thinking and gratitude in not only during awesome events, but also in the everyday grind of daily life. I practice acceptance of my life which has led me to soundness of mind and spirit and a freedom that is difficult to explain with words. With addicts and alcoholics we tend to not be able to deal with people, places, and things. In order to cope with that self inflicted stress we reach for substances to mask how we feel. My goal is to share with those still sick and suffering not only is there a way to abstain from substances, but also actually enjoy life on life's terms. There is the other side of recovery. A whole world to explore and enjoy like you never thought possible. It's about the journey not the destination.
