Later the business changed name to Boomerangx Entertainment (Enterprise) in 2008 and been upgraded to a private limited company in 2013 by the Director and CEO of the company Mr. Nantha Kumar Krishnan well known for his stage name Coco Nantha. Various of local albums like OG Nanba Naangel, Malaysian Indian Super Stars (Video Compilation), Agarem's Kaadhal Visham, Coco Nantha's I'm Steady been produced under this record label. Boomerangx holds the worldwide copyrights & performing rights for all the above mentioned albums and also for the World's first full-fledge Tamil Hip Hop album Boomerangx Nill Gavvanee (2002) and Boomerangx Satriye Sambrajyem (2007). Boomerangx a well-known old school hip hop also actively involved in merchandising & publishing industry, aimed to provide huge digital marketing platform to both in homeland & international art activists.
