ASMR Chemistry Channel Description Snapshot

Channel Description

Hi! I'm a chemistry professor and I was awarded Professor of the Year by the Carnegie Foundation in 2010, so you can be sure that everything you learn here is on-point and well taught.
I’ve combined my expertise in chemistry with my keen ear, kindness, and love of ASMR to create soothing educational videos that you can use to help you study or relax. Teaching is my passion, and I’m thrilled to make these videos for you.

Thank you for watching, liking, sharing, and subscribing. I’m so glad you’re here!

Fun facts about me:
I have given 3 TEDx talks, two of them being invited. If you search "TEDx Karen Holman" or "TEDx Karen McFarlane Holman" you will find them.
I have another YouTube channel called @chemistryrockstar where you'll find another (more energetic) version of me teaching both college-/high school-level chemistry as well as science for kids.
I play guitar in a punk band called City of Pieces. We have a YouTube channel @cityofpieces and our albums are on Spotify.
