Bake It Up! with Lorena

Ciao and welcome to Bake It Up! I am Lorena, an optical science graduated-turned-certified baker living in Toronto. I am Italian and since I was a child the kitchen has always been that sacred and happy place where I could experiment, be creative, or just let go of some heavy days. If I am not baking, I am certainly thinking about it—always searching for the perfect recipe to share during my workshops. Bake It Up! was founded in 2013 with a desire to meet more baking enthusiasts. In 2016 after attending a program in Baking Arts at George Brown College in Toronto, I became a Certified Baker. After working as a Chef Instructors for a few years, I now share my passion through baking workshops.
Teaching is something I absolutely ADORE and the pouring support from around the world it has been astonishing and so humbling. It has been an experience I am truly grateful for. If I can get at least one person a day to smile over a dessert they made on their own, I have achieved my goal!
