To have sentiments in devotion is essential and the philosophical awareness is an important part of it too. One who is spontaneously devoted they get blessed by mercy of Lord and all devotional realisation automatically gets delivered to them. That is the beauty of Lord's causeless mercy. But as aspiring Vaidhi Sadhakas we need to have awareness of siddhanta in order to back our devotion with science of philosophy so that we can transform hearts of those who aren't that simple or to clear doubts of the inquisitives. SRILA PRABHUPADA always stressed about reading his books and being connected to vedic texts of Vaishnav acharyas .
