The research is clear. Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months is the optimal way of feeding babies. Despite these facts, global breastfeeding rates are low. Even though many mothers start breastfeeding when their child is born, the numbers show that they stop early on, often due to a lack of support during the first challenging period.
At HelpMe Feed, our mission is to improve global breastfeeding rates. We created the HelpMe Feed App for health professionals and parents so that we can offer a streamlined and secure way for busy health professionals to help more mothers than ever before. Our mission is to enable parents and their communities to support breastfeeding using smart, modern, accessible technologies.
The HelpMe Feed Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that supports the health of babies and parents globally. We support the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes and the WHO/UNICEF Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative.
