Dryland Pastures Channel Description Snapshot
Channel Description
This channel is maintained by the Lincoln University Dryland Pastures Research Group.
Our team (based in Canterbury, New Zealand) conducts agronomic and physiological plant research within dryland (rainfed) pastoral systems which experience periods of water stress in "average" years. The majority of these areas are located in eastern areas of the North and South Islands.
Our aim is to provide information on our current research and outline different temperate pastures species/mixes and their performance and management requirements in dryland farming systems. The videos on this channel supplement content on our Dryland Pastures website and the associated blog (https://drylandpastures.com/).
